Mandiri Training Foundation (MTF) is a new charity established in the UK by a group of teachers, engineers and other professionals to provide high quality vocational training throughout the developing world to those who have been forced by circumstances to drop out of mainstream education.

As one of very few NGOs established specifically to provide high quality, certificated vocational training in the developing world, we see our task as providing a realistic alternative programme to students who are unable to go to school, college or university.

By working together with local partners and by offering students high quality, flexibly delivered training packages, we aim to give our students the opportunity to enter the workplace at a level that more closely reflects their talents and abilities.
